My author copies of The Quiet is Loud arrived and I can’t stop staring at them (and smelling the pages, let’s be honest). So. How does it feel? You’d think that as a writer I’d be able to answer that, but NOPE.⁠ Let’s just say that I’ve been working to get to this point for over half my life, and I honestly think I’ve never seen anything more beautiful than my printed novel. It’s everything,
